Egg handling
room
the egg handling room includes an egg selection room (temperature controlled at 26-28°C), a fumigation room (ventilated), and an egg storage room (low temperature at 12-14°C, ambient temperature at 18-20°C, equipped with stirring fans and egg turning systems).
Hatching
Hall
The system requires the temperature in the fresh air positive pressure room to be maintained at 26±2℃, with humidity between 50%-70%. Positive pressure differential should be controlled within 3-5Pa, and the corridor should have pressure relief outlets.
Egg Candling and
Transfer Room
The system requires the temperature to be maintained at 26-28℃, adjustable via a controller. Temperature control is achieved using horizontal ceiling-mounted fan coil units. The exhaust system uses exhaust fans for ventilation. The main functions are temperature control and ventilation.
Brooding
Room
Fresh air positive pressure room: Temperature maintained at 26±2℃, humidity between 50%-70%, positive pressure differential controlled at 3-5Pa. The corridor has pressure relief outlets, and the fluff room has negative pressure differential controlled at -1~-5Pa.
Chick
Handling Room
The area includes the sorting room, chick processing room, and immunization room. The system maintains a temperature of 23-28℃ and controls the positive pressure differential at 1-3 Pa. System functions include temperature control, humidity control, pressure control, and ventilation.
Other
functional rooms
Other functional rooms (e.g. egg frame cleaning and storage room, egg trolley cleaning and storage room, hatcher basket cleaning and storage room, carton room, etc.) use ducted fans in the inner area and wall negative pressure fans in the outer area.
Cold and heat
sources
The cold source is used to cool the hatching and hatching equipment, and the heat source is used to heat the hatching equipment and the auxiliary coil of the fresh air unit. Each system water pump is configured with one for use and one for backup.
Constant pressure room and pipeline
The sealing plate design of the constant pressure room adopts high-density fireproof material. The galvanized pipe insulation uses high-efficiency thermal insulation material, and the aluminum skin covering improves the appearance and durability.
