Project Overview
This project is an environmental control project for the hatchery of Wen’s Group in Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province, China. The design of this air conditioning control system is mainly to meet the hatchery process requirements for the temperature and humidity of the positive pressure room, as well as the requirements for equipment ventilation and water supply during the hatching process, to provide the hatchery with a suitable and optimal hatching environment, and to improve the hatching rate and the quality of hatched chicks.
YaoSheng Solutions
This solution uses a 10-inch touch LCD screen for centralized control. The interface dynamically displays start/stop operations, winter/summer settings, environmental temperature and humidity, constant pressure box temperature, humidity, and wind pressure. All values are shown, including constant pressure box temperature, humidity, pressure, and alarm records, with the ability to check operational status and view historical records at any time.
