Project Overview
A company in Anhui Province, China is an agricultural technology company that integrates factory-based mushroom stick making, mushroom cultivation and mushroom planting. The company actively promotes the “1+N” full-industry chain development model of mushrooms. It has a factory-based stick making workshop of 3,000 square meters, a mushroom cultivation workshop of 4,000 square meters, and 40 environmentally controlled mushroom cultivation greenhouses. It produces 5 million sticks per year and has an annual output value of 30 million yuan. It has led to the development of the mushroom industry in 7 villages in the region, creating more than 80 jobs and increasing the collective income of the villages by more than 900,000 yuan.

Utilize temperature control systems to maintain temperatures during mycelial growth between 15-20°C and during fruiting body formation between 12-17°C. Maintain appropriate humidity levels, particularly during fruiting body development. Use humidity control systems to keep substrate humidity between 55-65%, with a slight increase to 60-65% during fruiting.
Ventilation and Oxygen Supply: Ensure a well-functioning ventilation system in the cultivation environment to provide ample oxygen and remove carbon dioxide. Use ventilation equipment to periodically exchange air to maintain freshness and support healthy mycelial growth.
Lighting Management: Provide adequate diffused light and avoid intense direct sunlight. Consider using supplemental lighting or optimizing natural light to maintain light intensity between 100-150 lux, especially during fruiting body development.
