China Chicken Project
Project Overview
This project is the Chinese National Chicken Project. The air conditioning control system is designed primarily to meet the temperature and humidity requirements for positive pressure rooms during incubation processes. The equipment during incubation requires specific air and water volumes to provide a suitable and optimal hatching environment to enhance hatchability and hatch quality.
YaoSheng Solutions
This solution uses a 10-inch touchscreen for centralized control, displaying dynamic interfaces for operations and seasonal settings. It monitors temperature, humidity, and air pressure in constant-pressure chambers and records alarms for real-time monitoring. The egg repository maintains a steady 18°C year-round. The incubation equipment’s water cooling system operates at 15~18°C with 8 liters/minute per incubator. In winter, an environmental heat exchanger reduces electricity costs. Using Gree’s low-temperature air source heat pump supports energy-saving and environmental goals, ensuring efficient operation and customer satisfaction.
