Project Overview

This project is an environmental control project for the Guanglong Embryo Hatchery in Wuhan, China. The design of this air conditioning control system is mainly to meet the hatchery process requirements for the temperature and humidity of the positive pressure room, as well as the equipment ventilation and water supply requirements during the incubation process, to provide the hatchery with a suitable and optimal incubation environment, and to improve the hatching rate and the quality of the hatched chicks.
YaoSheng Solutions

This solution uses a 10-inch touch LCD screen for centralized control. The interface dynamically displays start/stop operations, winter/summer settings, environmental temperature and humidity, constant pressure box temperature, humidity, and wind pressure. All values are shown, including constant pressure box temperature, humidity, pressure, and alarm records, with the ability to check operational status and view historical records at any time.
Hatchery Environmental Control System (with Waste Heat Recovery Unit):
- Temperature control: 25±2°C
- Relative humidity: 55%±5
- Positive pressure differential between rooms: 3~5 Pa
- Waste heat recovery pressure differential: 0~-5 Pa
Brooding Room Environmental Control System (including Down Collection and Treatment Room):
- Temperature control: 25±2°C
- Relative humidity: 55%±5
- Positive pressure differential between rooms: 3~5 Pa
- Down collection room pressure differential: 0~-5 Pa
Seedling Room Environmental Control System:
- Temperature: 26-30°C
- Positive pressure differential between rooms: 3~5 Pa
