Xingtang Project

Xingtang Incubation

Project Overview

This project is the environmental temperature control project for the Yukou Poultry Industry Hatchery in Xingtang, Hebei Province, Beijing. The hatchery covers an area of approximately 4575 square meters and houses 40 sets of stone well lane incubators and 40 sets of chick-out machines. The design of this air conditioning control system primarily aims to meet the hatchery process requirements for temperature and humidity in positive pressure rooms, as well as the ventilation and water requirements of the equipment during incubation. It aims to provide a suitable and optimal incubation environment to enhance hatchability and hatchling quality.

YaoSheng Solutions

This solution uses a 10-inch touchscreen for centralized control, displaying dynamic interfaces for operations and seasonal settings. It monitors temperature, humidity, and air pressure in constant-pressure chambers and records alarms for real-time monitoring. The egg repository maintains a steady 18°C year-round. The incubation equipment’s water cooling system operates at 15~18°C with 8 liters/minute per incubator. In winter, an environmental heat exchanger reduces electricity costs. Using Gree’s low-temperature air source heat pump supports energy-saving and environmental goals, ensuring efficient operation and customer satisfaction.
